coloured shoes with black tights

Quick question - Can I wear purple closed toe, mid wedge, ankle strap shoes with black opaque tights?

I think they look nice, but given that all my other shoes are black, I'm not sure. Opinions would be appreciated. Thanks

Absolutely, why ever not? Though with purple you may find grey tights are a better match. It probably just depends on the shade of purple and how picky you are about these things.
