Searching for a soft, slouchy, leather bag - S&B gurus please help!

Hi, a quick plea from a harrassed mum! Just dashing out to Parents Evening but hope the teatime crowd can provide some help for when I return.

Well, I'm looking for a really buttery-soft leather bag - tote, shoulder or across the body style? My clothing style is White Stuff / Fat Face so the bag does need to be 'casual' - no bling or fussiness. It needs to be large for all my clobber and I'd prefer tan.
I'd love to be able to grab the bag, swing it on and for it to look all squidgy, relaxed and 'vintage' rather than new and shiny.
Unfortunately, my budget is only up to about £50. I'm happy to but from ebay if it as my perfect bag.

I have this bag it is faux leather but very soft, not too big or too small, and strap is adjustable so can be a messanger or short style. I paid £40 not £22 though!! here or this is more of the style above here

I LOVE that bag with the studs toofattorun. I want it brown and black but I'm not supposed to be buying myself anything coming up to Christmas. All my money has to go on other people.

I have a couple of soft mulberry bags but this one is so buttery soft.

I bought it about 2 or 3 years ago, way before studs were very trendy.
