Best high-waisted skinny jeans/cords?

I love my high-waisted Next skinnies but they are going a bit baggy at the knees after just 2 washes

I have heard good things about GAP jeans - any other recommendations?

Gap seem to have stopped making their high rise skinnies which is very annoying. However, I've found that sizing down in their Sexy Boyfriend jeans gives a very similar look.
