Can anyone help my DP with his spotty neck?

The poor guy is really quite hairy everywhere apart from the top of his head. He shaves his neck and head around once to twice a week but suffers from little pimpley type spots around the back of his head, it's really affecting his confidence bless him.

He shaves properly and uses a scrub, is there anything else he can do to avoid getting them?

sounds like pseudofolliculitis. You can buy products like Tend Skin which sometimes work miracles, can also see if GP can prescribe any antibacterials or antiseptic wash to reduce the spots.

Brill, I'll get him some of that tend stuff and then use it all myself on my legs
