Am after some lace-up knee-high boots

Kinda like these from Office but don't really like the bumpy leather of these and am looking to spend a litle bit more (up to £200).

Have looked everywhere online and can't find anything . Have looked online at Kurt Geiger, LK Bennett, Net-a-porter.
