Hollister outlet online experience advice

Hi, can't see this referenced in other threads, and when I google reviews nothing comes up, so I thought I would see if anyone has experienced this site.

It's half price Hollister and A+F clothing, which looks great. Reasons I am wary of placing the order - the only contact seems to be through an email address, no phone number; also the small print says returns have to be paid for and any refund includes a deduction for 'depreciation' which strikes me as odd. It's a .co.uk site, but I can't see where they are actually based.

So I am nervous about ordering DD1 and Dniece christmas pressies in case it ends up a bit of a nightmare, negating the benefit of the discount, even negating the benefit of not having to actually physically go to The Shop That Has No Lights...

Any experiences to share please?

Thanks

if its not www.hollister.com tis a rip off site I'm afraid. They have a sale section on the official site but the postage is £10!
