DD2 is away at university and once again go absolutely soaked on her 20 min walk to class. She has a warm coat but it's not waterproof and she said her umbrella lasted about 2 seconds in the wind. She was very wet and miserable when she texted me. ( I want my baby home NOW

I would like to get her a decent coat for Christmas. It needs to be waterproof. It needs to be reasonably trendy as she is 18 and gorgeous of course! It also has to look ok on her.
The problem is she is a size 8 figure with 28J cup boobs (think Dolly Parton!) and nothing fits well, most things look sack like as she has to get bigger to go over the boobs.. which she hates anyway.
We looked in Pepperberry when I visited her but though they had a nice parka it was thin..not winter weight and not waterproof.
I'd rather get her something Barbour-ish that will last, but actually I just want to find anything that will FIT poor kid.
Any suggestions gratefully received!
