party dress for 16YO

I'm sorry if this has been done before - I'm a noob to this forum - does anyone have any suggestions for a dress for my DD to wear to her school dance.
She's a size 8/10, long legs, short waisted.
It musn't be black.

My 16 year old bought this for her birthday party.

Looked lovely and didn't break the bank.

N B doesn't come with the belt.

The second one that Celtic posted to was ooohed an ared at by my 15 year old DN yesterday. She "just like totally loved it!!!!".
