Ordered one from the next half price sale, am thinking I will be turning into my granny if I am wearing this crocheted thing over my arms - am I wrong??

Rhubarb, it's a short of cardi, mostly without arms to it - going to try and do a link to one I ordered: \link{http://www.next.co.uk/items/X37/shotview/104/972-251-X37W.jpg\petrol blue one}, calls itself teal colour and ordered a reddish one as well - I think this picture looks really frumpy!

This is the other one \link{http://www.next.co.uk/items/X37/shotview/68/991-600-X37w.jpg\lime cardi}, which wouldn't have been so bad if it tied up the same, but it was replaced with ribbon ties half-way down - too girly and fussy and the sleeves look like they've been ripped by the cat.

Next seem to have the best on line selection.
If you search for shrugs on their website, I like the neutral long sleeved one.

The crochet ones most resemble mine, although mine has shorter sleeves.

My sister wears em, i call em her tit holders. she still wears em so they must still be in fashion spose, dont like em myself

Rhubarb · 15/04/2006 21:43

Oh right! Looks like a cardi someone's granny knitted that doesn't quite fit!

Gingerbear · 15/04/2006 21:52

agree with joolstoo on this one I am afraid. Only cos I look a right tit in one, I am sure you lithe young lovelies look fab.
