Small sized jeans, where to buy?

Not for me, for DD. She's 22 and recently finds herself needing size 4 jeans, she is also petite at around 5ft 1. She has been a size 8-10 but has lost a lot of weight and is desperate for jeans that fit. She has some from Superdry but at £45 a pair they're a bit outside her budget. Can anyone help? Most high street stockists seem to stop at a 6.

Has she tried the super skinny jeans from Primark? The six is a very small six - they're only eleven quid too!
