What colour tights would you put with this dress?

The dress and shoes are a sort of teal and not as blue as the dress looks in the photo (although the shoes black in that photo!).

I'm not brave enough for anything 'out there' and my automatic response is black but that will look wrong won't it?

Also what should I use to cover my pasty bingo wings arms?

Well if I was wearing it I'd go with black too. Try a faux fur shrug/wrap for a bit of a cover up.

Yep sounds good, in that case maybe try grey tights.
