H of C or Colour Me Beautiful?

Could someone explain to me what is the difference between them and which one would you recommend? Thinking of having a consultation but getting confused with all the different terminology, types etc...

I went with house of colour because not only do they define your season of colours but they grade each one so you know which ones you look your absolute best in and which ones may be best as accessories. The impression I have got is that HOC is generally more accurate but I may be wrong.
