I have got a beautiful dress for works Christmas do here

Pic doesn't do it justice it has a lovely swishy cape on the back with a low v and is quite short I was going to wear it with opaque black tights it is a posh black tie do
I am 31 btw and a size 10 not fabulous at massive high heels but have no idea if I should do understated shoe or something sparkly.... Any ideas?
