Funeral outfit for late pregnancy/shortly after birth

Hi

I have the unfortunate need for an outfit for a funeral. I'm currently 38+3 and the only things I fit in at the moment are maternity jeans/trackie bottoms and vest top combos. I also have a couple of dresses from weddings/christenings over the last couple of months but I don't think they're suitable.

Should I go with a maternity dress or a nursing dress? Would I be able to find something that would fit both before and after or do you think I'd be better ordering two and sending one back if I don't wear it?
Obviously I don't know whether I'll still be pregnant or if I will have had the baby so need to cover both scenarios.

I'm 5 foot 4 so needs to be just above the knee or I look frumpy. Size 10 and bump is all at the front, not really put much weight on apart from the huge bump. Could do with it being cheap.
Maybe a jersey smock dress, I can wear with legging afterwards?

Any ideas?

Tesco have a nice black jersey skater style dress at the mo. It's only £12.

I got one and can feed DD2 (6 months) in it with a scarf by pulling the top down.

The style would cover you for bump or feeding!

Thanks Moose I'll have a look. I was in Tesco yesterday as well but didn't know I needed a dress at that point
