Please help me find a Christmas party dress. I'm tall, size 14-16, big norks, big stomach, good legs. No black.

Big norks and good stomach and legs? I think you should wear a fabulous pencil skirt (maybe a lacy one? ) with a long-sleeved v neck top tucked in. Or just a pencil dress.

Sorry, I know that skirt is black, but you could wear it with a jewel-tone top so that there's colour near your face. And black shoes. And your hair in a loose side bun at the nape of your neck? Chic and not obviously Christmas Party Dress-ish.

What colour would you like then? What is your colouring?

Have you looked at Pepperberry? I haven't tried them myself as I'm short and I don't think the dresses would be the right length on me, but may be good for you.

I like jewel colours. If only I did have a good stomach ;-)
