Would really love some advice here....I bought 3 pairs of pyjamas back in July this year. When the order arrived, one pair was missing. I contacted the supplier straight away by phone and email. Zero response. I have tried countless times since and absolutely no joy whatsoever. They are refusing to answer any of my messages. On top of that, one of the pairs of pjs fell apart at the seams literally, after just a few wears and I would love my money back. This is totally unacceptable and I seem to have absolutely no recourse. What on earth can I do. £64 poorer and only one decent pair of pjs!!
