Online shop did not send complete order and will not respond - what can I do?

Would really love some advice here....I bought 3 pairs of pyjamas back in July this year. When the order arrived, one pair was missing. I contacted the supplier straight away by phone and email. Zero response. I have tried countless times since and absolutely no joy whatsoever. They are refusing to answer any of my messages. On top of that, one of the pairs of pjs fell apart at the seams literally, after just a few wears and I would love my money back. This is totally unacceptable and I seem to have absolutely no recourse. What on earth can I do. £64 poorer and only one decent pair of pjs!!

How did you pay?

If PayPal start to a dispute.
If you used a visa debit card Google visa debit charge back.

Thank you everyone. Hmmmm name and shame?? Err ok then, it was a company called Cocoa Jam who stock lovely pjs made by Powell Craft. I would have bought direct but PC do not supply public. So please do avoid Cocoa Jam like the plague!

I am now going to try visa debit charge back. Many thanks for your advice.

hmmm - their website doesn't work. Could they have gone bust perhaps? Do they have a physical shop as well?

Customer service is a dying trend! Powell craft do make the best cotton nightwear though so sadly it seems the pjs that didn't wash well were an exception.
