determined not to be cold this winter so i was going to go for the nf arctic parka - but i've since been tempted by the nf insulated juneau jacket (which is a bit shorter and less bulky but same down fill). love them both but really cannot make my mind up - anyone care to convince me either way?

Same boat ! But don't really know why the Juneau is more expensive ?

I tried on the arctic parka and I've never been so warm! It didn't suit me (shortarse 5.2") but if I was any taller I'd definitely get it.

How tall are you? I think you need a certain height to wear a knee length coat.

Do you know that the down used for coats is live-plucked from birds and horribly painful for them? So cruel.
