2 balls less than 5 days apart....I think I need a new dress

I have a small budget (up to £70)
I have a big tummy & I always wear a bra

Size 14-16, 5 ft 5

Like red, green, blue, purple - proper colours

It needs to be long & I must be able to dance (ballroom/latin) in it

Any ideas?
