PJs from M&S - £17!

GwendolineMaryLacey · 06/11/2012 10:46

Boots - £60
Joggers - £12
Top - £12
Cardigan - £10
Pants - £3 roughly, part of a multipack
Bra £25

Total £122

Amazing, I would have thought it was about £6.50. All that and I still look like a bag of washing.

almapudden · 06/11/2012 10:46

Oh, coat £125 and bag £60. So that's quite a lot more! Blush

TheReturnoftheSmartArse · 06/11/2012 10:49

2 of you are wearing a "sandwich" top. What the hell is one of those?! Grin

TheOriginalNutcracker · 06/11/2012 10:49

Hmm roughly £80, no £100 if you include my coat.

HokeyCokeyPigInAPokey · 06/11/2012 10:50

So £148.00 about £180 with underwear!

mignonette · 06/11/2012 10:51

I am wearing underwear- Corinine Gibson bra bought by DH so do not know price but probably about £40-60
Matching pants- about the same. My lingerie is normally bought on sale.

MarshaBrady · 06/11/2012 10:51

avedon skinnies £70 I think
T Wang jumper around £70
pistols £190
Splendid Tshirt £30

All 50% discount from the outnet or somewhere else.

Of we have to include coat and handbag my total would be over £2000! Shock Blush
In order to defend myself, tax free shopping due to being an expat. Still a huge amount though, I'm slightly embarresed.

gerbilsarefun · 06/11/2012 10:54

Jeans - M&S outlet £15
Jumper - Primark probably about £5
Underwear - so old not sure of cost.

£20 in my defence I work in a school at dinnertimes so it would be silly to wear my best clothes just to get them covered in mash & yoghurt. Oh, just remembered I don't actually have any really expensive clothes. Grin

InMySpareTime · 06/11/2012 10:55

Total about £50 but £40 of that is my new jeans!
Bra was bought with gift vouchers, jacket was a present, as were my slippers, socks about £1 from peacocks 3 years ago, pants from M&S outlet about £4, 6 years ago, top from Tesco, about £5 8 years ago.

InMySpareTime · 06/11/2012 10:56

My coat was a present 10 years ago, I don't have a handbag.

LulaPalooza · 06/11/2012 10:56

Boots - £99 (Clarks Blush)
Black and white print skirt - £30-ish (Coast)... ancient
Black top - £10-ish (Next)... ancient
Black cardigan - free (Mum gave it to me but it's from M&Co so not exactly spenny)
Tights - £5
Knickers - no idea, (part of cheap multipack from M&S)
Bra - £25 (Freya)
Coat - £40 Zara in Spain

My entire outfit is worth about the same as my watch.

Wooly socks - M&S £6
Biker-style boots - Clarks £75

Coat - Barbour/Liberty (don't dare to think)

Total 233 not including coat, over £500 if I were to include it.

Gosh.

LibrarianAli · 06/11/2012 11:00

I wonder if there is a price difference in people posting from work and people who are at home? If I was at home I'd be wearing leggings and a hoody for about 30quid.

*Ali realises she should probably get of MN in work time...

£79 if including boots.

InMySpareTime · 06/11/2012 11:14

I work for myself, but if I was out working I would be wearing my "story coat" (charity shop £7) and black trousers (M&S £10 6 years ago), cheapness balanced out by £50 shoes from Hotter (but they are super comfy and hard wearing)
