I have sensitive skin and had major breakoutAngry
Took more then a year to bring my skin back to relatively normal state. Spa I had it done at ( very reputable) offered me a full refund.

Try the bravura site.

cedge · 05/11/2012 13:25

I have always got them off ebay with no problem (with excellent feedback ratings).
Start low and work your way up. Dont go over 20% for the first time.
Your skin needs to be accustomed to acids.

Can anyone link me to a good one please? As cedge said, I'd better start off low...how long before I look ok? If I peel I mean.

I have used these before :

stores.ebay.co.uk/Forever-Young-UK/Glycolic-Peels-/_i.html?_fsub=844339013&_sid=44222753&_trksid=p4634.c0.m322

If you want to make your skin look a lot better, then it will take many months.

Thanks!

I've got sensitive skin too and used the glycolic acid 30% from bravura for up to 7 minutes at a time without any problems. Do a patch test though!

MrsCantSayAnything · 05/11/2012 20:47

Did you find it any good Maraki? What exactly do they do?

I started using This about 3 weeks ago, it's only 5% glycolic as I wasnt sure how my skin would react (I'm the wrong side of 50 with combination sensitive skin).

I can see a difference, yes. Skin is clearer, pores less visible, and I'd like to think my hyperpigmentation is less obvious but I'm a bit hmmmm on that point. I had very slight peeling in those area where my skin is dry anyway, but otherwise - beyond a mild sting - all has been ok. When I've finished this bottle I'll go up a gear to one of the bravura products, prob their 15% one.
