help me find a to for an evening out

I am an 18 ish, I need something that covers my arms, at least to the elbow.

Don't bother me with any short/sleeveless things-if I have to wear a cardigan it is pointless.

I want something that makes the outfit by itself, so all I need is a pair of jeans and I'm done.

Is this possible?

Than you for answering me, I quite like the first one, the other two are a bit long- I am really short and find long tops just cling to my arse in a not very attractive way.
