Hairdressers in Beverley/ East Yorks anybody?!

Dearest fellow S&Bers, I have just moved to Beverley, East Yorks and have no clue about where to go to get my hair cut.

Can anyone recommend a good hairdresser? Ideally one who can give me a funky short do as have made the decision to go for the chop .

Oh, and if they can also make me look like Michelle Williams who's hair I covet that would be grand .

Just seen this thread and thought I'd, firstly, say hi to fellow East Riders and, secondly, lurk to see how you got on. I get my hair cut in Driffield and its ok, fine, but not wonderful. Serves me right for flouncing from my old hairdressers at 38.5 weeks pregnant earlier in the year

Wow, there is life in the East Riding! I'm in Brid and have only ever found OK places here, some more OK than others but I've never had the wow factor from my haircut yet.

I grew up living in Kirkella! Are we talking about the little salon up near the church? That used to be such a blue rinse place! How fab that it has become such a great salon.
Have you lived in the area for long? We could have been at school together.
