wearing tights to go out?

I am totally fashion igronant so please give me some tips on wearing tights to go out.

I am going out at the weekend to clubs/bars but it is freezing so I think tights are a must but I have no idea on the rules.

Do I need.to wear black opaques with all colour of dress/skirt?

Do shoes have to he black to match the tights?

No peeptoe shoes with tights right?

What are you wearing (inc. footwear)?

Why not wear some ankle boots? Are you going for a rock look or girly or..?

Hiya, er not got a clue what I am wearing yet, I just know u want to wear tights so was going to look for the rest of the outfit based on that. I am quite girly though.
