Help me find my Mum a bag for christmas please!

My Mum has asked me for a black satchel bag for Christmas. Money is a bit tight, so probably £50 budget. She doesn't want real leather as she's vegetarian.

Is this possible? Have had a look on a few websites but can't find much that ticks all the boxes!
