Help - black slim leg trousers for pear shaped tall person?

I am hankering after cigarette style slim leg black evening trousers, but I have a classic pear shape - big hips small(ish) waist and I'm 5 ft 9 .
I could do a crop leg but not too short.

So far I've tried Next, M&S, new look, Laura Ashley (?) but if I can find a pair that fit I'd gladly spend more

How about these? I'm only 5ft 2 and find that French Connection is cut for tall people!

Mind the model looks pretty Mardy and her back view is like a sack of potatoes but maybe that is just the jacket

would skinny cords be any good? the M&S cord jeggings (they aren't really jeggings, they have proper waist zip pockets etc) are v g - I'm a hair taller than you and also a pear and they fit beautifully, and they are not that tight at the ankle.

Thanks Aqua - I wanted dressy evening trews but will also look at M&S jeggings as properly fitting trousers of any description seem to elude me
