HELP??! Blemish concealer - which way round?

do i put blemish concealer on before or after i put on the foundation makeup?

After your foundation, before your powder - says me.

the foundation ive got is called Stay M atte by Rimmel as at first its liquid turned into powder

Have you got any loose powder, just to put on top of the concealer and seal it?

no not in that colour

Hmm, then I'd put the foundation on first, then the concealer, then a tiny bit more foundation over the concealer so it doesn't wear off.

im only hiding one big spot under my fringe

Stick it on top of the foundation then, it should stay
