Nice, not too expensive lace dress...

Does anyone know where I can get one from? I don't like the ones that are thick, heavy lace. I'd ideally like it not in black, maybe navy. Would love one for my Christmas party!

How much do you want to spend? this is very pretty for £60?

I saw a lovely navy one in Zara last week. long sleeve. around£45

Dorothy Perkins have a whole lace dresses category. I like the purple one on sale.

I really like this

Zara have some gorgeous ones in. I saw a black one with a nude coloured satin slip under. Gorge. Shame I am fat pregnant

crazybutterflylady · 25/10/2012 20:39

This one is lovely, black but the slip makes it a bit different?

Wallis - in grey too.

They have lots of good party dresses featuring lace - have a look.

Or this Zara one. I thought they did it in navy too, 'twas very nice, but it's only in black on the website now.

TiredMule · 26/10/2012 09:09

Oooh thank you! Off to look at them all!

I've ordered the phase eight one, though I don't think it's going to fit-it's the purple one i really like, I think it'll be too big, so I've ordered it smaller in black. Now i've done this though, i'm a bit worried-do you think it's ok for a 30 year old? I've never bought anything from there before-is it for older women? I FEEL old but I guess i'm not really!!

I really like the Zara one and that doesn't look old/old-fashioned to me - especially with the boots but it's not something I'd expect to see on a teeenager either

AWimbaWay · 26/10/2012 16:35

I love this mintvelvet one only size 8 or 14 left though.
