mission impossible! gorgeous but super cheap dress needed!

so I'm going to a formal dinner in a few weeks. Dress code is black tie but actually cocktail type thing would be fine.
I bought an electric blue topshop tulip skirt dress off ebay.... however I am never going to loose the final 1/2 stone that i need to in order to do it up so I need to find something else.

Ideally I want to spend under £50.... I could spend a bit more but we will all be eating beans on toast for a few weeks if I do.

I am 32 ginger and size 10-12 depending on shop. 30d boobs lacking in waist and excellent legs. I have either teal or pink or black heels which would be ok to wear and save money on shoes.

Yes, but it's very short. I'd double check the dress code first!!

I was hoping that as I'm 4 inches shorter than model it would be ok. argghh. although its "black tie" short ish is ok. just as long as I dont show my pants :)
