Wellies are really uncomfortable and I'd like to get some but don't really want to spend £300 on shoes to walk to school in..tia

Toggie Calgary & Toggie canyon are lovely

I have these and they are great. Onto their third winter now and still look good as new. They were great in all the snow and cold a couple of years ago, proper chunky soles with good grip.

Thanks , those are lovely if a little above what I wanted to spend . I tried on the toggi today and they were ok . Was hoping to find a pair I love .

I have sherwood forest country boots. I wear them ever day in mud and rain and they still look fab when cleaned up.

They are warm and comfortable too!

Wow thanks .. I think I quite like the Dublin ones . I'm short so don't want anything too tall .

How about these?

bishboschone · 21/10/2012 17:39

Wow I never thought of looking in Clarks . I have jut been looking at equestrian sites . I must say I'm not a Clarks type of person but they do look nice . Possibly a little smart for what I want though. I have sart leather boots just wanted some brown sort of wellies ( but not wellies ) if that makes sense . Thanks for the link though.

Try Timberland - mine are a couple of years old and are brilliant

Ghouljamaflip · 21/10/2012 20:23

I have a pair of Toggi Quebec boots - absolutely love them and they are soooooo comfortable.

By the way, Le Chameau wellies are the comfiest thing you'll ever put on yr feet. I'd go to work in them if I could. My first pair lasted 10 years and were hammered (and I mean hammered - not just a couple of daily dog walks) and I'm now on to my second pair. Just discovered they now come in brown! Tempted myself! shop.nordstrom.com/s/le-chameau-vierzon-lady-ii-rain-boot-women/3303176?cm_cat=datafeed&cm_ite=le_chameau_'vierzon_lady_ii'rain_boot(women):553805&cm_pla=shoes:women:boots&cm_ven=Froogle,GoogleUK&mr:referralID=NA&mr:trackingCode=7F79685B-77F4-E111-9A4A-90E2BA0278A8&pprd=0
