I've been invited to a smart casual wedding . . .

Fancy critiquing my outfit choices? It's at the end of November in Edinburgh, it'll be cold.

I'm planning on these trousers with this top, heely black heels and a black chanel style, tweed?, box jacket.

Does that seem suitably smart/cas?

It's a tricky brief to attire for.

I love the trousers! Could you add some colour to the outfit? Either a brighter top or a coloured jacket rather than black? I somehow think black and white for a wedding is a bit dull. JMO. I'm no expert! I think your outfit does strike the right smart/casual balance though!

Yay! Thanks for the answer, I know what you mean about the blackness but I'm trying to get christmas out my outfit too! I'll need to give it some thought . . .
