Children's robe/dressing gown NOT pink or purple

DD1 (aged 3.5) has announced that she wanted her new dressing gown to be green, orange, peach or blue. I think I can probably persuade her with other colours, but she has specifically rejected pink or purple (the colours of her old one - 'no mummy, it needs to be different).

I thought this would be easy, but unless you go for the navy boys ones, it seems it is not. Does anyone have any good suggestions? Preferably online.

TIA

Have a look at John Lewis - DS has a lovely red one from there but they do other colours

LittlePandaBear · 17/10/2012 21:09

Is this too white for a 3 yr old?

YoullLaughAboutItOneDay · 17/10/2012 21:11

Aw, no, she'd love the ears.

Thanks for the JL recommendation too. I looked in store recently and they only had pale pink with stars or pale pink with fairies, but there is a blue one online. Yeay!

Wonky, those mannequins in your last link are freaky!

wonkylegs · 17/10/2012 21:25

They did freak me out a bit when I clicked on them.... I was looking for a website that we used to buy some cool stuff for our niece but I can't for the life of me remember it's name

YoullLaughAboutItOneDay · 17/10/2012 21:27

And why are they in a bathroom? I mean, I understand staging, but it's not like they are actual children cleaning their teeth in the robes or something! Some nice robes though.

I have this one for DD2 for Christmas

www.vertbaudet.co.uk/girls-robe-pink-bright-all-over-printed.htm?ProductId=702153015&FiltreCouleur=6656&t=1

and they have a code for a few gift or 20% off on their home page.

HeeeresThing3 · 17/10/2012 21:44

Just realised it says pink but it definately looks red with white spots.
