because there isn't time to walk there, then walk home, then drive to work! we have to head straight off from drop off to work some days. Given the choice we prefer to walk on the days we can
Other people have other siblings in other schools to deal with
I don't understand why people don't get that petrol is expensive so most people nowadays generally cannot afford to drive unless they need to (i.e. can't afford to not get to work on time!)
not providing sufficient parent parking has not cut the amount of people who need to drive, if it was provided it'ld be much safer for everyone, it wouldn't create etra driver as people can't afford to drive for no reason apart from just because there's more parking 
, I really think the councils need to stop thinking its as simple as no parking = everyone able to walk and no cars outside and around schools!
