i've written about tear troughs before and dark circles but had run out of my eve pearl salmon corrector and didn't want to shell put near to thirty quid again, so got the Ben Nye Blue Neutralizer in 1 and it is amazing. it won't obliterate them nothing will but it's mich better at neutralizing bluishness (basically blood vessels showing through thinner skin) than Bobbi Brown. Apply with a small brush and tap in, then i do a tiny line of light concealer in the trough line itself.
i got mine from amazon i think and it was a tenner. you can get whole wheels from screenface, i believe
