Lines Under eyes getting worse. HELP!!!!!

I turned 40 earlier this year. As long as I don't smile, I do look younger but the lines under my eyes and crows feet seem to be getting worse. Any suggestions please! I use the No 7 eye cream stuff at the moment. Can't remember the name.

For what it's worth, here is something that's worked well for me...

I started noticing lines in my eye area this year. I tried a bunch of anti-ageing eye creams and they didn't help. I noticed that when i used them the skin in my eye area would feel dry by about midday. And I kept getting more lines.

I tried this Murad eye cream. A facialist who uses a lot of different brands of products recommended it. (Murad is a dermatologist line big in the US.) it says it helps keep the skin in the eye area more elastic. It's been three months now. I haven't noticed any new lines and the skin stays feeling hydrated through the day. I've been really happy with it.
