Ash Jalouse or Spiral boots - how accurate is their sizing?

I am about to bid for one or the other on ebay, but am unsure about whether to size up or down.
I am a 5 or 6 (5.5 ideally, but that does not come up often).

Do any of you own one of these boots? How generous are they?

TIA.

You'd be fine in the 5 in Ash Jalouse in my opinion. I am a 7 but have 6 in them.

Oh, thanks, that really helps.
Not in the way I wanted, mind - cheap(ish) size 6 on offer...

Nevermind, there will be a next time.

What I really want are last year's Tundra boots, but they are rare!!

I like the Tundra too. I can highly recommend the Jalouse though. I'd wear the two styles differently but my Jalouse are my most worn boots ever. I have stone and black. I have worn them in summer with shorts, with skinnies, with leather leggings, with maxi skirts and just about everything in between.

I saw these Tundra and thought of you. Will PM you too as they're on sale!
