Hibiscus shoes, black sequinned skirt. What tights?

Have bought hibiscus coloured shoes from Hobbs to go with a wrap top and to wear with a black sequinned skirt to a wedding reception early April. Ideally I would have tanned and shiny legs but have had exzema and while it has abated, my legs are not really for showing. So would like to wear tights. Now.... should I wear nude tights/barely black tights. Am keen not to look like an eighties throwback or Pat Butcher.
Want to avoid obvious fashion no-nos and am a little out of the game as have worn jeans, jeans and more jeans for about the last 4 years.

Shoes are gorgeous. Was on the verge of taking them back as Hobbs so pricey, but they are just so perfect. Am now going to have to think of other occasions to wear them. Though will prob spill a pint on them within 2 seconds of arriving....
