... and I am the Hostess.

It's DD's Humansit Welcoming Ceremony (I'm a bit of a hippy) and First Birthday party in a couple of weeks. At home. Immediate family, close friends and assorted preschoolers. I want to look nice but not overdone.

For DS's equivalent do it was summer, we hired a barn in the woods in the Peak District and I wore coloured flarey jeans, a Fat Face shirt and Cons, but it was summer.

I am also in the midst of loosing a couple of stone, which will drop me a dress size. So anything I buy needs to be fairly flexible to continue wearing (so nothing really fitted) and not too pricey! (£50-60?). I can propbably manage boots and accesories.

I am 5'8", curvy, (currently) a size 16, fair, blue eyes. I normally wear blue/purple/green/dark pink type colours and usually jeans/denim skirt and stripey top and cardi or tunic and leggings.

I quite like this White Stuff dress, although would prefer something patterned.
