Boots No 7 instant radiance concealer shade 1 or 2?

I want to get some but I'm in Australia so my mil will get it for me. I used to use theirs years ago & I think I was the 2nd shade. It's hard to choose the shade from the web page. I am not really fair, I'm usually the 2nd lightest shade in foundations. I am 010 beige porcelaine in Lancôme.

Does anyone know if shade 1 is really light or should I go for shade 2?

I use shade 2, it's a more yellow base than 1 which is quite pink. I have quite jaundiced looking yellowy skin despite being very pasty.

I use 2 too - was surprised when I was told that was the one I needed as I am very pale. I thought I had pink undertones but I have yellow apparently!

IheartKingThistle you sound like you have the same kind of skin as me! The sales woman there tried to tell me that 1 was for me as it was pink and that the yellow was for more chinese / asian skin types until I put them both on my skin in front of her.

She was well trained then!

The very expert make up man (I know, right?) in Boots in Swansea put me right!

I use No 2 as well and I am fairish skinned. Would be interested to see who could wear No 1 as it is so pink-toned.
