I'm not sure if they're a bit 90s... and a bit expensive for what they are..

Imo they are dull.

The heel is a bit too chunky I think.

I think they are expensive for 'high street' boots (as opposed to specialist shoe shop boots)

I really like them.

I think they are fine. There might be similar cheaper elsewhere (I have looked at so many ankle boots lately, just too indecisive). Office, schuh, zalando, shopstyle & t.k maxx, to name but a few, will probably have something similar. I got some boots for my dd from Barratts of all places, leather, in the sale - but with 20% off at the checkout too and free delivery..

I like them but they would be too high for me.

Thanks all... might try them on and report back. I do think they're maybe a bit boring but have decided to think of them as a staple that'll last years, rather than something 'fashionable'.

I hate RI though because they never have money off stuff. Everywhere else has discouts all the time so it's very frustrating that RI never do.
