wow, sounds like I need some of that! Which 'stuff' was it in particular?

Eggrules · 28/09/2012 14:16

I need to know too, please.

JodieHarsh · 28/09/2012 14:24

Oh hello!

It's just the Body Shop Aloe Vera Soothing face stuff. Nowt fancy, nowt spendy.

My face was a mess, I tell you, a mess. And nothing has ever really helped it. I was despairing. And 4 days of this stuff and it's calming down.

Bear in mind that my problems relate to sensitive skin (hence redness and scarring and whatnot) so that's why it's ideal for me - if problems lie elsewhere it might not be quite the panacea I'm making it sound!

It's not real ponyskin mind you!

It's rawhide. Or summat.

Pinot · 28/09/2012 15:21

ponkyskin :o

Nice though, eh? I've got a luvverly LK Bennett bag for Christmas stashed away. I keep opening the cupboard and sniffing it. Leather innit. Totally impractical go-with-nowt purple leather.

Oh and YES to the Pink Ladies. Bagsy not being Rizzo.

LoveMyBoots · 28/09/2012 15:38

Do the Body Shop do starter kits? I want to try their stuff, but don't want to commit to something that might not work for my skin.

TerraNotSoFirma · 28/09/2012 15:51

Very happy about your skin Jodie, but wouldn't mind a peek at this pony skin/rawhide bag.
Would you post a link? :)

JodieHarsh · 28/09/2012 16:33

Yes they do a starter kit - that's hat I use after bitter experience taught me out to invest in skincare until I am sure it's not going to blow my face off!

Am on me tablet wotsit so a bit link limited but basically look for a massive and completely plain tote in the John Lewis Weekend range....it comes in black and bright pink!

JodieHarsh · 28/09/2012 16:33

What not hat

Used not use!

It might have been me? Its cured my sensitive skin. And all for only about £7 a pot. Marvellous.
