Where can I buy nice girls' bed linen?

I've looked everywhere I can think of trying to find some nice, muted pink covers that aren't character branded. I'm hoping someone can come with a website I haven't tried. I've tried Aspace, Feather and Black, the White Copany etc.

Dunelm Mill had some lovely stuff in recently - owls, cupcakes, flowers and butterflies.

Vertbaudet?

Oh not online though,

X-post steben. Great minds and all that

Designers Guild have some really sweet stuff for boys and girls

Francagoestohollywood · 25/09/2012 21:46

Zara Home is my first port of call for children's bedlinen.

Mewsical · 25/09/2012 21:46

I think that if you want muted pink you have to go for adult type linen which have pinks in less sherberty colours. Dorma/Sheridan/Monsoon from places like Panters are good.

Laura Ashley are good also but you have to like the design.

Ikea have nice floral type ( but not amazing quality) designs.

House of FRaser/V&A/ Christy.....

after these I would have to give up....depends how old your Dc is? Mine is just probably passing the cutesy stage so am thinking of longevity.

I know you said no character branding but I have bought DD a set from the Hello Kitty for LIberty range. It will keep her happy but isn't too yucky for me either.

DamsonJam · 25/09/2012 22:34

I used linenstore.co.uk - even managed to get bed linen that both DDs were happy with that wasn't pink!!!

TapselteerieO · 25/09/2012 22:39

H&M (100% cotton too).

trixymalixy · 25/09/2012 22:43

Zara home sells lovely bedding for kids.

Mewsical · 25/09/2012 22:54

Aha Fleecy! I have been asking about the Hk Liberty London / Strawberry Fields set for months now. It is slightly more grown up than other sets but have been advised that it is risky.

TeaDr1nker · 25/09/2012 22:59

John Lewis have a lovely range of none branded girls bedding in at the mOment, u can get matching throw cushions too. We got it for our daughter and she loves it. It washes well too.

Sorry I don't know how to do links

LinaLamont · 26/09/2012 08:09

Thank you. Lots of places to try. Sorry about Style and Beauty hijack. Does this almost count as style?! I often wish there was a Mumsnet Interior Design topic!

Don't worry OP, often interior decoration threads are posted on S & B!

There is def the need for a MN interior deco section, I agree!
