Which colour should I get as I've got a 10% code which ends soon but I cannot decide which colour??

or

aubergine

I'm a GP, wear mostly autumnal colours, dark haired.. I need to look smartish... Love both but thinking Aubergine may go with more, but then toffee is such a classic colour...

I ordered a toffee when it first came out but, though p and M are excellent and it was lovely in many ways, didn't love it quite enough to keep and sent it back.
Partly wasn't 100% sure of colour so v interested in your views on aubergine.

I think you should buy the toffee, as well as the aubergine. They are both lovely.

ooh yes let us know how much you love it when it arrives... then I may order the navy - the only thing that puts me off is the tan corner parts on the navy bag. I want all navy. Although I may compromise if yours is perfect quality.

Don't the tan bits mean you can wear the bag with tan or brown boots whatever the bag colour is - or is that me being too classic? [sighs like old person]

Nowrinkesonamelon (great name)offer ends this Sunday...& I agree I think the brown bits means it'll go with my brown boots ;).. Aubergine not available for a couple of weeks as i've pre-ordered at this lower price, but i'm happy to wait tbh. I'll come back with feedback when I get it ;)

Aubergine - for sure. It just looks more special. The toffee is nice but just nice. A bit like lots of other tan bags out there. Aubergine will go with greens, browns, greys and black...I have a really old bag this colour and it's so versatile - comes out year after year. Now I want this P&M one!

The other reason I sent mine back apart from colour was that, in such a big bag, I really wanted some sort of internal divider/compartments, so I could keep my laptop/IPad in one part and normal handbag clutter in the other.
But I know this bag has lots of fans on here so perhaps I'm being too fussy - would also be interested to hear feedback from OP and others on this point.

I agree with polyhymnia - I had this bag in toffee and sent it back because it was huge and when you opened it eveything was just... there!

Also was massively heavy with stuff in. 'tis a beautiful bag though

at Aubergine..

I've got last years pink version, love it, it is a big bag but I like that for carrying around Ipad/folders on work days and DC's crap essential items on home days... Don't find it heavy tho or maybe I'm wonder woman (wish they'd bring that show back)..

OP - just wondering if your Mariella bag arrived yet and, if so, what you think of: a) the style, and b) the aubergine colour.

Not yet, as I pre-ordered so I'm on the waiting list, had email confirming delivery w/c 15th Oct.. very excited tho! Will promise to report back..
