White Company do nice ones and ds1's has lasted for two years so far and still going strong.

They have some hooded towelling jackets in John Lewis right now, but probably not long enough for what you want. i bought one for dd and one for ds3 on Saturday and they are thrilled with them.

We got one as a pressie from white co (for beach but we use for swimming too). Not sure if they still do them.

We got some cheap ones fro the beach from Savers kind of poncho style.

There are some lovely ones in John Lewis at the moment too.
