How do i get pen ink out of my jacket?

My ballpoint pen leaked black ink all over the sleeve of my good jacket. How do I get it out? I've tried using washing up liquid, hairspray, milk and make-up wipes and I have put it in for a cold wash but nothing has worked. Please help, I really love this jacket and it would be such a shame to not be able to wear it again :(

If you have tried all that without success I would take it to a dry cleaner to send away for stain removal.

It says do not dry clean on the label though...

I wouldn't imagine the manufacturer endoses use of milk, hairspray or washing up liquid either...needs must
