Hair dresser in Newbury?

Anyone reccomend a good salon in Newbury?
I went to Roderick Anthony and it was average.

There is an Aveda salon called Koulla Swan at the other end of town from Roderick Anthony. Apparently though there is a hairdresser at RA called Fred who trained/worked at Toni & Guy. My friend goes to him and her hair is fab. I have my 1st cut with him booked next month. My old hairdresser selfishly went on maternity leave!

Is he good for colours? I heard thaf Toni and Guy is not good in Newbury?
