anyone had smartlipo or bodytite?

Ok i have been looking at laser lipo before and the results can vary, but they are not that dramatic. Some people say no change atall.

Now I have found a cheap deal on groupon for smartlipo which I am seriously considering. It is for a third of the normal price. It involves putting a small laser thingy inside your belly to melt fat.

Has anyone had this? What were your results?

Also the same company does bodytite, which also tightens the skin, which I think would be better for me, as since having dd my skin is saggy but i also have fat to be removed. I think it does remove fat too?

Would love to hear from others that have had either of these done??

Hi movingforward. I had smartlipo and TBH it did not make a difference at all, the treatment just left me bruised for ages. The clinic that I went to offered me another treatment similar to smartlipo, it's called laser lipolysis. That treatment worked wonders, it did the job, and I was very very pleased.

This is it.

Really? Was smart lipo the one where they inserted the laser thing into your belly through a small cut?

Yes that was smartlipo where they make a small cut.

I looked at your link and it sounds the same as the smart lipo and it actually uses the smart lipo machine Confused

What's the difference between the two treatments?

And what size was you before and after? What sort of results did you get?

I'm not sure whether that clinic does smartlipo anymore. With the laser lioplysis the fat is sucked out like liposuction, but with smartlipo the fat is just melted and left inside your body, and it's supposed to pass and flush out naturally. I had that horrid little pouch after having a c-section, so thats what I got rid of, and now my tummy is flat, it doesn't stick out like it used to.

Sounds lovely in very Envy

So did the clinic offer you the treatment at a reduced rate? Considering the first treatment they did didn't work?

Also how much did you pay for each treatment?

Yes the clinic offered the laser lipolysis at a half price, from what I can remember. I think laser lipolysis was £2500 back then, it might have been reduced now, I had it done in 2007. I just remember looking at my flat stomach, and thinking it's money well spent.
