What do I need to wear? I'm thinking tea dress but would prefer pin up halterneck dress - were these 40's though?

Also, what shoes?

What's teh event? The budget and your colouring, shape and height are important to know.

Its a 1940's hanger event. I'm a size 8, 5'3" with long blonde hair. I like to dress up and do glam, don't really want to wear a tea dress but i think pencil dresses were later?

Wiggle dress Red lipstick, seamed stockings and heels. You'll look great. I'd love an excuse to dress like this!
