How to cope with a wedding at this time of year?

It suddenly feels really autumnal and I have a wedding in 2 weeks. I am still breastfeeding so was thinking of looking for a nice wrap dress or something with a deep v, but as the reception is going to be in a marquee outside, I will also need something I can easily layer-up/wear tights with/find a cardi for. I don't want it to be too warm in case of a lovely sunny day! Tricky! Any help?

what about a shirt dress? this one would go with wedge sandals if hot or opaques and shoes/boots is chilly?
