Can someone please tell me how to arrange a Zara courier return?!

The website tells you what to do, but not how to do it! Am very very annoyed, and will be even more annoyed if someone tells me it's really obvious!! Links would be good. I got to the page where you select shop return or home return, and it tells you what to do, then nothing else!!

Go iinto your account. There's a list of menu options, click returns and follow on from there. I've just done it for the first ime and it's easy.

That's what I did, but there was no option to arrange a courier. Do you have to hover over something? Excuse my stupidity.

I had the same problem with them and followed the instructions to the letter but was not able to select courier return. Wasn't sure if it was because my order was for sale items. Had to return to store.

Gosh, not sure then. It was right in front of me but towards the bottom of the menu options. I didn't go into my orders or anything. Is there a customer service number you can call?
