struggling here , need help so as not to look crap !

only really do and own fairly casual clothes .
i have some outings coming up , such as family get togethers , going out for meals etc .

i need tops to put with my dark skinnies . i am 5ft 1 and some how tops tucked in dont look right and tops out are too long and baggy and dont look right either. sack of spuds!

so , im thinking some that are more fitted would work.

where do i find them though ?

any ideas , starting to get depressed and stressed with it now !

oh and i need sleeves and i am always bloody freezing so dont want too flimsy either if poss.

Hi, I have no idea of your shape, but something I do is wear a longsleeve top then a sleeveless dressy shirt or shell top over it, something with a bit of shape. Then I stay warm but have a bit of shape. Plus I get very cheap long sleeve tops and the smarter ones are better quality.

I sometimes like something like this with a long length silk mix sleeveless knit (Jill Sander for Uniqlo) over it.

I like this - am deffo going to investigate that irl!

first one is nice remus but i would look wrong in the second , the back being long would be nearly down to the ankles on me !
